Our refund policy is such that at Z Global Web Tech we keep it simple and plain for our customers to understand in order to have the best experience. Please read our refund policies (which are at the bottom of this post!) carefully.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Z Global Web Tech treats every project with the highest priority, it is well handled and executed professionally. Our focus is on delivering the projects as it would meet or exceed our clients' expectations,consist of in time delivery. But in case the client is unhappy or chooses to abandon the project, they can only ask for a refund under these circumstances:

As a proof of our work, we provide demo websites to the client so that they can get assured before having faith in us. Also, if you have any questions before sending payment - please shoot us a message!

4. Delivery Time & Payment

1. If in case the project has not been delivered as per the agreed terms or its yet to be started Full Refund.


2. Partial Refund: If the project is a few days old and clients cancel, then we will refund 25% of total advance payment.


3. Non-Refundable: If the client has completed delivered project, and full payment is received then no further refunds will not be issued even if cancelled by a customer.

Changes to this Policy Z Global Web Tech may at any time, without notice. We recommend that you review this policy frequently. Once changes are posted and updated, your continued use signifies acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy
